HubSpot and Stripe kept in step: subscription changes applied and reflected in the CRM, renewal and trial-expiry alerts for the people who own the account, and daily seat-count baselines that surface a drop as a churn signal.
Human-in-the-loop approvals
Changes that affect what a customer is billed pass through an approval before they run, so automation removes the manual work without removing the judgement.
Outbound and lead operations
Lead generation and outreach workflows on Clay, Smartlead and Instantly, including routing positive replies to the right person and monitoring mailbox health.
