AI Engineer building production LLM systems: multi-agent workflows with LangGraph and CrewAI, MCP servers that give models real tool access, and retrieval pipelines on Pinecone with semantic chunking and custom retrieval logic.
Voice AI is part of that work — agents built on Retell AI that hold a real conversation, handle a call end to end, and hand off to a human when they should.
This sits on a background in automation engineering — n8n, Make.com and Zapier orchestrating HubSpot and Stripe for CRM sync, subscription changes and billing operations, with human-in-the-loop approvals wherever a mistake would be expensive.
